- Install and set up water treatment equipment at customer locations according to specifications and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls
- Diagnose issues with water systems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide clear instructions and education to customers on system operation and maintenance
- Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing and building codes
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent Culligan in a professional manner
- Load and unload equipment and tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Plumbing or mechanical experience preferred (license a plus)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a variety of environments (crawl spaces attics etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be dependable punctual and able to work independently
