THE POSITION
Lead the retail caf delivering fresh nutritious meals while bringing innovative ideas to drive its continued success.
Leading a talented culinary team with professionalism and vision.
Upholding the highest standards of food safety allergen management and occupational health.
Overseeing procurement cost control inventory and kitchen operations with a focus on sustainability and minimal waste.
Hands-on leadership mentoring and team development within a retail setting
THE PERSON
A polished culinary professional with a strong presence exceptional communication skills and a background in both a retail catering and daily food service.
Demonstrated leadership in large-scale or multi-outlet venues.
Proven experience in event catering banquet service and premium functions.
A proactive mature and composed approach to kitchen leadership
A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Commitment to food safety allergen protocols and staff development
