Job Description
- Location: Red Oak Texas 75154
- Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Guaranteed: 40 Hours
- Compensation: Based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat human injuries diseases and physical/mental dysfunctions.
- Evaluate symptoms recommend treatment alternatives and provide preventive care.
- Prescribe medications while considering drug interactions and side effects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and outcomes.
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests including lab work and imaging results.
- Educate and counsel patients on health conditions treatment plans and behavioral modifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and use electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in patient care.
- Engage in continuous learning and development of clinical skills.
Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Certified as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas or eligible to obtain.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire).
Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
Licensing:
- Valid Texas RN license or Compact RN license Texas.
- Valid Texas APRN license (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse).
Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge in diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions.
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and EHR systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
