Job Description
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a full-cycle implementation of Epicor Prophet 21 (P21. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering ERP projects successfully with deep hands-on functional experience in Prophet 21. This role is key to supporting end users managing change and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Prophet 21 ERP across departments.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT Finance Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth .

Provide functional expertise in Prophet 21 supporting users in real-time and helping bridge technical and business needs.

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure a successful transition.

Drive change management activities proactively addressing resistance and ensuring organizational adoption.

Monitor project scope cost and schedule and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:

3 years of experience managing ERP implementations with at least one end-to-end Prophet 21 implementation.

Strong functional experience with Prophet 21 including user support training and configuration guidance.

Demonstrated experience in change management and user adoption strategies.

Ability to work independently and remotely with strong communication and collaboration skills.

PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
