Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered solutions. Youll engage with potential clients to understand their unique business challenges and demonstrate how Agentforce can help transform their operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Engagement: Identify and qualify opportunities for Agentforce within prospective client organizations.
  • Solution Articulation: Use your knowledge of AI and machine learning to position Agentforce as a customized solution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce teams to drive growth and adoption across accounts.
  • Technical Discovery: Lead technical discovery sessions to identify pain points and demonstrate how Agentforce can address them.
  • Tailored Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive business and technical presentations to stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 10 years in enterprise/commercial B2B sales within a technical environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Apex code AI ML and how they integrate with cloud platforms.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Experience with Agent force Salesforce Sales Service Marketing or Data Cloud products.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong ability to understand client needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of simplifying technical concepts for business users.
