Role Reporting:
Manager- Sales will report to Regional Head- Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Regular connect with the CXO team of end-users
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Analysis & Forecasting
Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product management and customer success to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives in the assigned region.
Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities markets and customer segments in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders to maximize sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction in the assigned region.
Negotiate and close strategic deals and partnerships to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
Market Analysis and Trends:
Stay updated with industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the assigned region.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions in the assigned region.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with executive leadership to provide regular updates on sales performance market trends and strategic initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive sales culture encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices across the sales team.

Knowledge of Local Language and Culture is a huge advantage
Knowledge of Lending as well as Transaction Banking domain is an advantage.
Essential skills/experience:
Performance-driven professional with over 12 to 15 years of rich & extensive experience in Sales for a technology company.
Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of banking and financial services including knowledge of software solutions in the industry.
