Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers working towards prompt resolutions and escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Research diagnose document and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and patiently to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints including actions taken.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with the product development and technical teams by communicating customer feedback and identifying recurring issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and updates to offer accurate and effective technical support.
- Participate actively in ongoing training programs to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies including data security and privacy guidelines while handling sensitive customer information.

- Freshers with excellent English communication or candidates with prior customer support (L1) experience can apply
- Flexible to work under rotational shifts primarily Night Shifts
