- Learning Enhancement Coordinator POL 2
- Years 10-12
- Lead the planning and implementation of PLPs PSGs and support for students with additional needs
- Guide inclusive teaching practices and curriculum adjustments through staff collaboration and advice
- Manage Learning Enhancement staff operations and compliance with relevant educational standards
- Oversee student data transitions and special provisions in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Commencing 21st July 2025
- Full Time fixed term contract until December 2026

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Master of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE
- Expertise in inclusive education desirable with the ability to develop and implement effective support strategies for students with additional needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to collaborate with staff families and external agencies
- Demonstrated leadership and organisational ability including data analysis policy implementation and use of digital technologies in educational settings
- Have or be working towards Accreditation to Teach Religious Education in a Catholic School or have or working toward CECV Accreditation to teach in a Catholic School
- Victorian Institute of Teachers registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa
