Job Description
Excis is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to employees of our client. If you enjoy solving IT problems and helping others this could be the perfect role for you!
Work Locations: Sofia & Svoge
Salary: 3600 BGN (Gross)
Start Date: 1st July 2025.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Windows Office 365 and hardware issues.
- Manage company devices (computers phones tablets).
- Fix technical problems quickly and keep systems running smoothly.
- Help with IT security and software updates.
- Occasionally work on weekends or outside normal hours for urgent tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support (at least 2 years).
- Basic IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Windows Active Directory and basic networking.
- Good English skills (Bulgarian is also useful).
- Ability to work in both Sofia and Svoge.
