Compliance with all state federal and accreditation standards/requirements as well as all MATC policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
Associates Degree in education curriculum or related field with at least three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience in higher education or Curriculum Development or in a closely related field.
OR;
Bachelors degree in Curriculum Development Data Systems Technical Education or related field and at least one (1) year of progressively responsible work experience in higher education or Curriculum Development or a closely related field.
Masters Degree with an emphasis in Curriculum Development Data Systems Technical
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Thorough understanding of curriculum development and modification processes within a higher-education environment.
Understand and respect the integrity of complex database systems.
Query building and report writing.
Sound knowledge of student information systems.
Ability to effectively plan projects within a complex organization involving many departments with multiple layers of guidelines/rules.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize several high-priority projects in parallel without compromising integrity or fidelity.
Ability to build relationships to solve problems and achieve goals.
Ability to clearly and concisely convey ideas and information.
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to work in teams. Collaboration is essential to the outcome of all areas
Ability to speak English.
Customer service skills and organization skills.
Start Date
This position supports the Academic Services department. This position will be based out of the Downtown Campus.
Hours: This position requires 40 hours per week. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday.
