WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This position acts as the first point of contact for the front office. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting callers visitors faculty staff and students with professionalism and courtesy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manages and coordinates the Executive Directors calendar including scheduling appointments meetings travel and engagements with internal and external stakeholders. Provides proactive planning support including A/V arrangements to ensure priorities are executed efficiently.
- Oversee general office operations including ordering supplies coordinating deliveries managing vendor relationships maintaining inventory and ensuring timely renewal and compliance with service contracts.
- Maintains organized department records and files including tracking expenses contracts and weekly reports; manages documentation flow and mail distribution. Assists with routing and tracking of signature requests and official documents.
- Coordinates all aspects of staff travel including submitting Travel Authorization Forms booking airfare and car rentals via Concur Travel and processing Travel Expense Statements.
- Perform other professional-related duties as assigned.
