Service Technician
The Apartment Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring resident satisfaction by maintaining high white-glove standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with maintenance repairs
- Conducting maintenance audits (e.g. smoke detectors lights)
- Performing painting and power washing tasks
- Running errands as needed
- Upholding high aesthetic standards within the community
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- A proactive and energetic approach to work
- A professional appearance and demeanor is required
- Must possess an excellent work ethic and desire to produce results
