We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client service operations. Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day management of client accounts
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their goals and expectations
Support the preparation of presentations reports and account updates
Collaborate with internal teams to execute client deliverables

Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Participate in team meetings and contribute to client strategy sessions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
02 years of experience in account management customer service or sales preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
