We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors managing incoming calls and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills a professional attitude and a strong commitment to client service.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer screen and route incoming phone calls
Manage appointment schedules and maintain meeting calendars
Perform general administrative duties such as filing data entry and mail distribution
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with coordinating office supplies and inventory
Support various departments with basic clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
