The Opportunity:
The Crisis Technician provides client transportation for all acute care programs as the schedule allows. The Crisis Technician also provides administrative support for the Crisis center and direct support to clients and staff as needed who are admitted to BHS acute care programs.
The pay range for this role is $17.00 to $18.50 based on education and experience. This job is a full-time in person position.

What Youll Do:
- Provide transportation to ACS clients as needed to home appointments and/or facilities as directed.
- Ensure patient rights are maintained
- Reports client concerns to Crisis Professionals and/or Crisis Manager or any ACS Manager
- Maintains client confidentiality
- Adheres to scheduled work hours with regular and predictable attendance
- Provide administrative support for the crisis center.
What You Bring:
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- One year or more experience working with mental health and/or substance use clients in a human service setting
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in documentation of services provided in an Electronic Medical Record
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Clinical judgment skills
- Physical ability to participate in restraints of patients when necessary and ability to become CPR certified
Driving Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license and appropriate auto insurance coverage as required by North Central Health Care
Preferred Qualifications Skills Education Licenses Certifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree in human services related field
- 1-3 years experience working with mental health or substance use clients in a human service setting
