Mainframe Programmer
Alpharetta GA 30005
18 Months Contract
Qualifications :
Client is looking for a Sr. Mainframe Developer with working experience in legacy skillsets including COBOL Mainframe CA-Gen DB2 and C programming. Experience with client/server components and action blocks is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and support applications using COBOL CA-Gen DB2 Mainframe and C
Work with client/server components and action blocks
Analyze and troubleshoot to resolve complex problems
Collaborate with global teams on development and issue resolution
Support re-platform or legacy system modernization initiatives as needed
Requirements
Mandatory skills: CA-Gen Mainframe COBOL C DB2
Experience with client/server components and action blocks
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills and experience working with global teams
Additional knowledge of legacy system modernization is a plus
