Youll be the medication maestro orchestrating the perfect symphony of right resident right dose right time right medication and right route. Its like being a pharmacist and a best friend rolled into one!

• Be the residents personal fairy godparent granting wishes for assistance with bathing dressing and other daily activities!
• Transform into a grooming guru ensuring residents look and feel their best from head to toe!
• Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to anticipate and identify resident care needs - no mystery is too small!
• Become a master of multitasking juggling resident care with the finesse of a circus performer!

Qualifications :

Your Superhero Toolkit

• Youre a certified medication maestro! (QMAP-A/L Med Tech Med Aide or Nurse Delegation - pick your superpower!)
• Youve conquered the English language like a linguistic ninja - reading writing and speaking it with flair!
• High school diploma or GED in your pocket (because even superheroes need education)
• One year of elder care experience preferred (think of it as your superhero origin story)
• Computer skills that would Make Tony Stark proud (or at least proficient)
• Organization skills 
• Multi-tasking abilities that rival an octopus juggling chainsaws (but safer of course)
• The ability to keep secrets like a vault (confidentiality is your middle name)

Your Superhero Physical Requirements

• Occasional feats of strength (up to 50 pounds) and frequent acts of might (up to 20 pounds)
• Your superpower is being on your feet with a side of occasional acrobatics (stooping reaching crawling kneeling and squatting)
• Immune system of steel (potential exposure to pathogens and communicable diseases)
• Resistance to household kryptonite (a.k.a. cleaning chemicals)
• Ability to switch between sitting standing and bending faster than a speeding bullet
• Super hearing to manage frequent interruptions like a pro
• A smile that can light up a room (youll be interacting with clients family members and visitors)
