Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Securities Administration Analyst to support the segregated assets functions. Reporting to the Vice-President of Securities Operations the successful candidates responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio cash and holdings reconciliations
Corporate actions processing
Proxy vote processing
Ad-hoc assignments/tasks

Qualifications:

1-2 years custody experience.
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) enrollment or completion is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team-based environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
