Job Description
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet business needs and performance targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and ensure IT services align with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain service quality.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on service delivery performance to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the agri-business sector with a focus on juice production and distribution.
- Service Delivery: Proven track record in managing IT service delivery in a complex multinational environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align IT services with business needs.
- Project Management: Experience in leading and managing large-scale IT projects.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- ITIL Certification: Certification in ITIL or a similar IT service management framework.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure applications and service management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and implement solutions.
