Job Description

Lead technical initiatives as a Senior Software Engineer in our innovative fast-paced environment. Youll design and develop sophisticated .NET web solutions mentor team members and drive the integration of AI capabilities across our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex web applications using .NET technologies
- Architect scalable database solutions and optimize performance
- Design and implement robust web services and API architectures
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews
- Drive technical decision-making and establish development best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical challenges
- Contribute to system architecture and technology roadmap planning
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET framework (C# .NET Core)
- Advanced experience with SQL databases performance tuning and complex query design
- Proven experience architecting and implementing web services (REST APIs microservices)
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical judgment
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Experience with software architecture patterns and design principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and implementation strategies
- Cloud platform expertise (Azure AWS) with deployment and scaling experience
- Full-stack development experience including modern frontend technologies
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience in leadership capacity
