SUMMARY OF ASSIGNMENT
Under general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor with lead direction from the Lead Mechanic II provides service for the maintenance and repair of district facilities common to mechanical electrical plumbing structural areas painting roofing repairs and cleaning. This position is subject to FHWA drug & alcohol testing as provided by District Policy 5259.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in all District buildings and sites. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time use fingers hands and arms; be tolerant of occasional loud noises lift 50 pounds to chest height; push/pull up to 60 pounds climb ladders and work at roof level; operate a motorized vehicle; be exposed to traffic and all types of weather are all required.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Employment with Clover Park School District is conditional pending completion of a Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint background check as required by RCW28A.400.303. (NOTE: All associated background check fees are the employees responsibility.) The fingerprint scan must be completed prior to the first day of employment.

Employees who are anticipated to work 630 hours during the school year (September 1 through August 31) are eligible for medical dental vision long term disability and basic life insurance benefits. RETIREMENT AND DEFERRED COMPENSATION
