This position will lead the efforts to support and maintain in-house quality and concern management systems. Provide support with document preparation and control as well as internal audits for the region (e.g. NC and AUB). Maintain and report on the quality and concern management system to achieve overall strategic objectives performance and quality targets of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to all departments in implementing and managing QMS (local and global).
Support a coordinated and controlled implementation of new and revised quality documentation.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes.
Produce reports for Quality Manager and other departments to monitor progress against the plan.
Lead or participate in training of staff in the requirements of the QMS.
Lead and/or schedule internal audit dates with auditors. Lead in the preparation and follow up of external audits.
Promote awareness of customer specific requirements.
Report regularly on progress against specified objectives goals and targets.

Formal qualifications required: Minimum some formal education beyond high school.
Previous experience required:
Three or more of related work experience. Some experience managing project teams
Required to obtain TS16949 lead auditor training including AIAG core tools.
Effective interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
Problem solving skills and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences across departments business units and levels of management
