About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and goal-driven Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the accounts receivable process maintaining accurate records and driving effective collection activities to support the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity

  • The duties of a Collections Specialist include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department

  • Communicate with customers regarding collection issues and take actions to encourage timely debt payments

  • Communicate and follow up effectively with sales dept. regarding customer accounts on a timely basis

  • Weekly update of upcoming collections

  • Accounts Receivable reconciliation

  • Ad-hoc reports or queries related to outstanding customer balances

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experience 2 years of experience in collections;

  • Fluency English;

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software strong MIS skills;

  • SAP FI module and Onguard Collection tool would be an advantage;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
