Job Description
MedTrainer is looking for a highly skilled Director of Data that will be responsible for overseeing data management integrity and analysis across MedTrainers systems with a focus on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial and operational data. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise systems particularly NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) and the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable data strategies. The Director of Data will lead a data analyst and provide insights and recommendations to executives on data management best practices.
This is a remote position based in Mexico. We are only considering candidates who currently reside in Mexico and are legally authorized to work in the country.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience working with Salesforce (CRM)
- Proven experience in a common ERP preferably NetSuite
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Tableau Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Experience with billing systems procurement tools and related platforms.
- Strong foundation in data management principles governance and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience managing data analysts or data teams.
- Ability to convert high-level direction into actionable data management plans.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Technology Finance or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in software and subscription businesses
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data integrity across NetSuite (ERP) Salesforce (CRM) and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop and implement data visualization tools (Looker Power BI or similar) and supporting infrastructure including data warehousing solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of customer billing data and processes in NetSuite.
- Oversee mentor and review the work of a Data Analyst ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
- Translate high-level direction from the CFO into actionable data strategies and projects.
- Provide expert recommendations to executives on data management system optimization and process improvement.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data needs and design effective solutions.
- Analyze data trends to support key business decisions.
- Manage data integrations across multiple systems including NetSuite Salesforce billing platforms and procurement tools.
