Job Description
Laundry Assistant Overview:
Assisting the Executive Housekeeper and Laundry Supervisors with ensuring the smooth operation of the Laundry Department to achieve the specified standard of performance and guest satisfaction.
Duties will include:
- Sorting out the linen - bed sheets towels and tabel linen.
- Unloading/loading the machines.
- Using the ironer to press sheets and table linen.
- Maintain laundry chemical usage.
- To arrange for guest and staff laundry and dry-cleaning to be done either internally or by external agency and attend to any special requests by guests.
Laundry Assistant Key Attributes:
- Good level of verbal English.
- Team player.
- Physically fit as this role requires bending and lifting sorting out linen and towels.
