La Trobe University Library is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Reading Lists & Resource Sharing Librarian to join our collaborative team. Based at our Bundoora campus you will help deliver high-quality support for academic staff and students through effective management of reading lists high-use resources and inter-library sharing.

In this role you will:

  • Build and maintain reading lists and manage high-use materials to support teaching delivery
  • Coordinate resource sharing processes across the University and partner libraries
  • Resolve complex supply and access issues for digital and physical collections
  • Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing standards while maintaining access to electronic resources
  • Contribute to service quality improvement through data reporting and feedback analysis

Youll bring:

  • Qualifications in information management or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent organisational and digital literacy skills with experience using library systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working in an academic library or related environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
