Job Description
Northpoint Mortgage selected as one of the Boston Globes 2024 Top Places to Work is a growing New England-based mortgage lender seeking to add an entry-level full-time employee to our Bedford NH office. In addition to a great working atmosphere we offer competitive pay benefits and a gateway into an exciting industry. We are seeking a candidate in the Bedford NH area as this is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with operations staff loan officers and settlement agents
- Obtain post-closing conditions/documents and provide them to the servicer to clear sales of mortgages
- Request missing documents from attorneys
- Assist in special projects as needed by management
Skills needed:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
- Encompass experience preferred
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong detail orientation
- Multitasking & a strong sense of responsibility for tasks assigned
- Ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of the organization
- Post Secondary education preferred
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
