Were looking for a Director to join Procores Internal Audit Department. In this role youll lead sections of the audit & compliance environment while working cross functionally across the company. The primary goal of the role is to deliver strong audit results with clear communication & proactive solutions for the company.
As a Director youll partner with Finance IT and other departments to complete audits on time and within the associated budget. Use your communication audit and reporting skills to provide meaningful results & to problem solve audit considerations. This position reports into VP of Internal Audit and will be remote. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
Audit planning fieldwork (including testing & reviewing) and reporting
Lead meetings with stakeholders and effect change in areas where it is required
Communicate a vision for short-term and long-term solutions
Project manage & provide status updates on workstreams for projects
Contribute to executive & audit committee reporting
Work across multiple areas of audit topics including but not limited to - business process IT ERM and operational audits
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree minimum
CPA or other related certification
Big 4 Audit background with 8 years experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Multiple years of experience with SAAS companies
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $172000 - $236500. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates job-related skills experience education or training and location.
