Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Update all details of the contact on Rolo CRM.
- Handle all activities on internal Rolo CRM .
- Develop complete understanding of Rolo CRM.
- Check each team member daily engagement on Rolo CRM.
- Create detailed reports including brand performance reports and team reports using Excel (pivot tables charts and formulas).
- Develop dynamic dashboards to track KPIs CRM updates and key business metrics.
- Analyze and provide insights from meeting feedback to improve strategies and processes.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Train team members on Excel best practices and data management techniques
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Python R Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex data systems.
