Job Description
- Annual salary of 100000 - 110000 DOE (FTE)
- Permanent role
- Full-time (35 hours) part-time and flexible working patterns available
- Liverpool city centre office base hybrid working

The role
The main purpose of this role is to lead motivate develop and inspire the Finance Team in the effective delivery of high-quality financial support services within a customer focussed fast-paced group environment.
Youll be responsible for ensuring that budgets financial statements of accounts management accounts and long-term business plans are produced within prescribed timescales and formats and reflect the corporate objectives of the Group. Youll also lead the development of a financial strategy including business planning treasury management activities risk management and taxation.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Regenda Group Leadership team to successfully implement the Groups corporate plan and strategic aims. This really is a great opportunity for the right person to join an ambitious forward-thinking group of companies and to make a real difference.

The right fit
- Were looking for an experienced dynamic and credible senior finance professional with a broad and in-depth knowledge across all areas of Finance.
- Youll be a member of a recognised accountancy body with significant post-qualification experience and a thorough understanding of financial regulations ideally with a background in the housing sector.
- An inspirational leader youll possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to motivate your team and influence colleagues. Youll also have demonstrable experience of reporting to and presenting at Executive and Board level.
- Youll have the skills and personal attributes required to deliver a commercial customer focussed service to the Group and will also be committed to the social aims and ambitions of our organisation.
