Polish Market Strategist Wanted
Ready to drive Wayfairs expansion in one of the worlds leading furniture export markets
Were looking for an Associate to join our Polish Category Management Team - a high-impact entrepreneurial group owning a fast-growing share of Wayfairs European business. Poland is the #2 furniture exporter globally and were on a mission to harness that power by combining local manufacturing excellence with Wayfairs technology logistics and customer reach.
This role offers true end-to-end ownership. Youll shape supplier relationships drive strategic decisions and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver real results.
What Youll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of key Polish suppliers
Drive high-volume negotiations across product pricing and operations
Analyze performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
Lead regular supplier reviews focused on long-term partnerships
Attend industry trade shows alongside cross-functional teams (24 times/year)
Collaborate with teams in Inventory Planning Merchandising Advertising and more
What Youll Need
Fluency in Polish and English with strong communication skills
Data-driven thinking and confidence working with numbers and KPIs
A proactive entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving approach
Strong business acumen with supplier and customer focus
A team player who also thrives when working independently
A degree in business or a related field; further qualifications a plus
