About You and this Role
Creates job packages from the work order scope which contains all of the information regarding required labor material and services to ensure safe effective and efficient execution of the work. Requires full proficiency in a range of technical operational or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments. Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (Diamond Infra) company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1 2027. At that time the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company.*
Responsibilities
- Enables the people who manage and/or perform work in the field with the tools and information needed to perform their job effectively and efficiently.
- Requires full proficiency in a range of technical operational or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments.
- Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
- TA Scheduler to develop high level schedules for the entire calendar year. Rough prime off / prime on dates with an expected TA duration
- Collaborates with vendors and IMP Engineers to source appropriate materials for IMP jobs according to pipe specifications and ensures the materials are ordered.
- Assist turnaround coordinators in resolving issues with purchase orders for turnaround jobs.
- Provide support to turnaround coordinators as needed with Front-End Loading (FEL).
- Pull all open PMOs from SAP to be completed during IMP turnarounds and ensure they are TECOd at the end of the job.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3 or more years of experience in an Operations Maintenance or Project role within a chemical or refining manufacturing facility or 3 or more years of relevant Military experience in a maintenance type role.
- Experience in and understanding of the flow of maintenance work in various crafts.
- Ability to work 4-10s but adaptability to work flexible schedules including weekends and nights.
- Able to work overtime as needed including nights weekends and holidays.
- Valid current US Drivers license.

- Proficiency using SAP.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher.
- Prior knowledge of DOT regulatory requirements for pipeline inspections and repairs.
- Prior knowledge of Dow TXO heavy equipment and excavation standards.
