Personal Tax Manager Grantham
depending on experience
Full-time Permanent Office based with some flexibility
A well-established accountancy firm is seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join their Grantham office.
This role offers autonomy people management and an opportunity to make a real impact on client outcomes.
Main duties:
Manage personal tax portfolios and offer tailored advice
Work on IHT capital gains trust planning and incorporation queries
Act as a key contact for clients and respond to complex tax issues
Train mentor and support junior tax team members
Contribute to client retention and internal collaboration
Requirements:
ACA ACCA CTA or ATT qualified
Minimum 3 years post-qual experience
Confident working independently and managing others
Skilled in both compliance and advisory work
