Job Description
Are you looking to launch your career in IT within a dynamic international company Join us at Cigna Healthcare as an IT Support Intern in our Madrid office and gain hands-on experience supporting our global team.
What youll do:
Deliver IT support services to internal users as part of the IT Support team.
Provide guidance assistance and follow-up on technical issues related to systems applications hardware and software.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems escalating when necessary.
Help ensure client satisfaction by following up on specific inquiries and support requests.
Collaborate with IT professionals and supervisors to determine the appropriate course of action when complex issues arise.
Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.
Support the creation of initial technical reports and analyses.
Learn how to apply standard techniques and procedures used in IT Support.
Receive coaching and guidance from experienced team members.
What were looking for:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science IT Engineering or related fields.
A strong interest in starting a career in IT Support.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
