About the Role:
Each region is designated a Substitute Coordinator who works closely with schools to guarantee both daily and long-term substitute coverage. At Campus Adventures Staffing Solutions we prioritize making a meaningful impact swiftly alongside our school partners understanding that success relies on a unified and supportive team. The Substitute Coordinator serves as the primary contact for substitute teachers and acts as the liaison for our school partners across North Central Texas.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Update recruitment and personal contact sheets to reflect recently cleared or terminated contractors.
- Coordinate and manage staffing needs within each district and actively participate in weekly staff meetings.
- Manage the substitute teacher pool for each city in your district includinghiring andonboardingsubstitute teachers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Assigning substitute teachers to cover absences or vacancies in classrooms or other positions.
- Working closely with school districts to schedule and assign substitute teachers to cover absences or vacancies.
- Coordination: Collaborating with school administrators teachers and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective substitute coverage.
- Training and support: Providing training and support to substitute teachers including orientation sessions and resources.
- Onboarding: Coordinating with school districts to onboard and provide necessary training to substitute teachers.
- Evaluation: Assessing the performance of substitute teachers and providing feedback for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensuring that all substitute teachers meet the necessary qualifications and adhere to school policies and procedures.
- Reporting & Record-keeping: Maintaining and providing accurate records of substitute teacher assignments attendance and evaluations.
- Substitute teacher management: Collaborating with school districts tofollow up on HR systems.
Additional duties include:
- Recruitment and hiring: Assisting school districts in the recruitment and selection process of substitute teachers.
- Post roles on TalentEd Hire and Indeed Job Boards
- Compliance: Ensuring that substitute teachers meet the qualifications and requirements set by the school districts
- Performance evaluation: Collaborating with school districts to evaluate the performance of substitute teachers and provide feedback.

What We Bring to the Table
- The starting point for the salary range for this position is $51000 - $60000 and is commensurate upon experience and internal-equity.
- Monthly bonus available for hitting performance targets
