Job Description
The Occupational Therapy Department at Elizabethtown College is currently seeking an Assistant Teaching Professor / OT Academic Fieldwork Coordinator MS Program. This position requires (previous) successful experience supervising students in clinical level I & II fieldwork. The individual holding this position provides oversight and responsibilities for the management of all MS student fieldwork collaborates in the completion of the curricular assessment of FW performance contributes to needed updates of the FW Manual complies with accreditation standards pertaining to FW stays abreast of accreditation and professional changes and the implications for FW and seeks mentoring/ collaboration as needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a masters degree in OTawarded by a USDE -recognized regional accrediting body. Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license or license eligible and a strong clinical background including evidence of student supervision and support. Candidates must have a PA drivers license or be eligible for a license for required travel. Preferred Qualifications
- doctoral degree in OT or related field preferred awarded by a USDE -recognized regional accrediting body. At least 3 years experience supervising students in clinical settings for level I & II fieldwork. Licensed as an occupational therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure in PA.
