Job Description
- Development Engineer for substrate packages and layout.
- Substrate package design and assembly process development in co-operation with supplier and product engineering team for MEMS sensors.
- Creating substrate layouts for new sensor & ASIC devices including design rules and bill of material administration.
- Leading or supporting substrate technology scouting and evaluation.
- Coordination of sample manufacturing at assembly partner and substrate supplier.
- Teamwork in English language with a multitude of international interfaces is mandatory.
Qualifications :
- Solid technical background based on scientific or engineering subject of study
- Basic experience and high motivation for packaging/assembly/substrate technology and layout for semiconductors devices
- First experience with layout or CAD software
- Passion for developing technical solutions in multidisciplinary international projects
- Very good English skills and experience in international cooperation
- Ability to travel (< 30%)
