We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Specialist to join our dynamic Summary: As a QA/QC Specialist in Construction and Infrastructure you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout all phases of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry with a keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering projects that meet or exceed industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry with a keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering projects that meet or exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications codes and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures including material inspections and testing protocols.
- Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to approved methodologies and standards.
- Document and report non-conformities and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all QA/QC activities inspections and test results.
- Generate regular reports on project quality performance for management review.
- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance and client approval.
- Provide training to project teams on QA/QC processes procedures and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and update internal teams on relevant changes in standards and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a technical related field.
- Native Romanian speaker with excellent English proficiency.
- Minim 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction and infrastructure oil and gas and other related fields
- Knowledge of relevant codes standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Quality Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
