We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing company in Birmingham.
You will drive people initiatives that support business growth overseeing all fundamentals to manage the HR department.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification coupled with experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task in a hands-on role.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist to lead the function in a dynamic environment. As a standalone HR Leader you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy providing expert advice to senior leaders ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practice.
