Were so excited to be working with a stunning boutique hotel in the heart of Cirencester known for its chic interiors welcoming atmosphere and locally loved bar restaurant and spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and hands-on Deputy Hotel Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional service across all areas of this well-established property.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Deputy Hotel Manager
- 42000 per annum plus 2000 in tips
- Working 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Deputy Hotel Manager
- Supporting the General Manager in leading daily operations across reception rooms F&B and events
- Driving team performance standards and guest satisfaction across all departments
- Mentoring and developing staff to deliver warm professional and consistent service
- Overseeing rotas cost control and budgeting to ensure strong operational efficiency
- Acting as the go-to person in the GMs absence making confident decisions and solving challenges with ease
