At CONMED the remote Accounts Receivable Analyst is an integral part of our Working Capital team. The Accounts Receivable Analyst supports the Accounts Receivable functions including cash application and works closely with credit & collections team.
Additional responsibilities include:
Review of banking and credit card/merchant services activities related to customer payments and reconcile daily postings to bank transactions
Identify and resolve discrepancies including contacting customers when needed
Provide data analysis and reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
Assist with Accounts Receivable related projects and represent team as Subject Matter Expert on new ERP implementation
Ensure appropriate controls are in place and consistently followed by team
Respond to inquiries from both Internal and External Audit and provide backup requested
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking accounts receivable collections or similar experience.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with banking and credit card payment processes
Experience working in a fast paced high-volume organization
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and highly detail orientated
Solid understanding of Accounting principles and standards
Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration desirable

Disclosure as required by applicable law the annual salary range for this position is $61360- to $88400. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location work experience education and skill level. The salary range is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
