Job Description
Location: San Antonio TX
Employment Type: Full Time Remote
Overview:
Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS)is looking for an Oracle Conversion Developer (IT Analyst III) to support legacy data conversion activities within a federal ERP modernization initiative using Oracle EBS R12. Ensure data integrity completeness and audit compliance during conversion cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop execute and validate data conversion programs using PL/SQL SQL*Loader and Oracle APIs.
- Collaborate with data owners and subject matter experts to gather and analyze conversion requirements.
- Design reusable scripts for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL).
- Conduct data mapping and cleansing activities.
- Support conversion testing including trial loads data reconciliation and cutover planning.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues proactively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Proficiency in data conversion strategy and execution.
- Experience with financial and procurement modules preferred.
Work Environment
Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear concise accurate and timely communication both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers management and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
