What Were Looking For
Were seeking an Attorneywith at least 4 years of Family Law experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both legal excellence and genuine human connection to the table.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- 4 years of family law experience with a strong litigation background
- Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish
- Exceptional legal writing negotiation and courtroom skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized proactive and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy (familiarity with Apple/Mac systems is a plus)
- Ability to track time accurately in a case management system
- High level of integrity discretion and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits
Salary:Between $90000/year - $170000/year (based on experience and qualifications)

- Oversee all phases of family law matters through final resolution including hearings trials and post-judgment proceedings.
- Draft review and refine pleadings motions orders decrees and related filings with precision and legal accuracy.
- Maintain proactive professional communication with clients to manage expectations provide updates and deliver sound legal counsel.
- Lead all aspects of discovery including drafting and responding to requests document review and conducting or defending depositions.
- Represent clients in court mediation and settlement conferences with confidence preparation and strategic focus.
- Perform legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy and ensure full compliance with Texas Family Code and applicable procedural rules.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
- At least 4 years of focused family law experience including significant litigation and courtroom representation.
- Exceptional legal writing analytical and research abilities with a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; able to build rapport and guide clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient with legal technology and case management platforms; experience with Apple/Mac systems preferred.
- Uncompromising integrity sound judgment and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
