To be successful in this role you will possess:
Solid understanding of the telco industry
Strong facilitation communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with creative and analytical thinking
Able to identify analyse and support improvements across teams
Experience coordinating tasks or small projects with guidance
Builds strong relationships and works well in cross-functional teams
Flexible with changing priorities and open to learning and feedback
Takes ownership contributes ideas and shows leadership potential
Interest in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
How will you support our Why
Identify and implement process and system enhancements to boost efficiency and service quality
Lead workshops to uncover inefficiencies and co-design solutions with teams
Analyse workflow data to track trends measure change impact and generate insights
Develop change scopes and contribute to business cases for new initiatives
Manage special projects ensuring timelines scope and budgets are met
Create training materials and support staff through system/process changes
Maintain improvement registers and ensure initiatives meet internal standards
Conduct post-change reviews to evaluate success and identify next steps
Build strong relationships and ensure clear aligned communication
Define project goals and monitor progress using project tools
Maintain clear accessible project and process documentation
