Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer - Gladstone Queensland

Your role
As a Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer in our Industrial Service Group youll guide purposeful work that supports the future of our Clients. Collaborating with a diverse multidisciplinary team youll explore integrated solutions offer thoughtful perspectives and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.
What youll be doing
Connecting with Clients support clients in defining solving and delivering projects
Leading and Collaborating lead less experienced engineers and work closely with a range of other engineering disciplines to explore creative solutions
Providing insights with care share well-informed guidance that supports confident inclusive decision-making
Delivering Value delivering on our promises to our Clients
Improving systems mindfully use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change
What youll bring
You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. Youre someone who thrives in dynamic environments builds meaningful connections and is motivated by purposeful work. Youll also have:
- A relevant engineering degree and be registered with the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
- A strong ability to shape thoughtful and effective solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
- In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects
- Fundamental knowledge and application of key Australian Standards
- Experience in design of low voltage instrumentation and control systems
- Basic understanding of functional safety and Hazardous Area principles
