Amazon India is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead the launch and scaling of the **Brand Affordability Program** on . This role is pivotal in driving competitiveness against both online and offline retail channels by spearheading affordability initiatives such as Instant Bank Discounts and No-Cost EMI. As the Single-Threaded Leader (STL) you will own the end-to-end strategy from onboarding top consumer brands to optimizing customer experience (CX) through collaboration with product and tech teams.

- Strategic Brand Partnerships: Develop and manage high-impact relationships with leading brands/OEMs in India to drive adoption of affordability programs.
- Funding & Program Execution: Negotiate and secure funding agreements ensuring seamless execution of affordability initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Category Management Finance Marketing Operations) to align business goals and deliver a compelling value proposition for brands and customers.
- Leadership & Business Planning: Organize and lead executive-level workshops to define and implement quarterly/annual joint business plans with key stakeholders.
- Product & Tech Engagement: Work closely with Product and Tech teams to identify CX improvements scalability opportunities and new feature launches to enhance program effectiveness.

- - 5 years of experience in Business Development Partner Management Sales or Strategic Alliances preferably in e-commerce retail or FMCG.
- - Strong analytical acumen with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- - Exceptional communication skills including the ability to craft persuasive concise business documents.
- - Proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to drive consensus across internal and external stakeholders.
- - Cross-functional leadership experience managing stakeholders across geographies and business units.
- - Product collaboration expertise including defining requirements prioritizing features and influencing roadmaps with technical teams.
- - Experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial/legal agreements.
