The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and out to sea from both inside and across its spectacular al fresco space.
Youll be working at a scenic pub thats popular among families couples and surfers seeking a delicious bite to eat following a session on the waves or a day out exploring Cornwalls dramatic north coast.

Are you an enthusiastic Head Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment Join our talented kitchen team and youll be working alongside passionate people cooking with locally sourced produce to supply quality food that delights our guests.
