Alphega Pharmacieest le premier rseau europen de pharmaciens indpendantsqui propose une approche globale ses 800 adhrents pour booster leur performance et la rentabilit de leur officine.
Responsabilits:
Rattach au Responsable Rgional Alphega Pharmacie vos missions reposent sur ces axes principaux:
Commercial
o Dvelopper le Concept Alphega Pharmacie dans son intgralit auprs de lensemble des membres du rseau de son secteur dans le but daider les adhrents amliorer leur rentabilit
o Collaborer avec les autres forces de vente du groupe
o Dvelopper le rseau Alphega Pharmacie en recrutant de nouveaux membres en synergie avec la force de vente Alliance Healthcare Rpartition
o Animer son rseau
Consulting et coaching
o Analyser les performances du point de vente et de lenvironnement concurrentiel
o Conseiller et accompagner les adhrents dans la mise en uvre de la stratgie commerciale de lofficine
o Former les quipes sur les axes de dveloppement identifis et sur lactualit
o Raliser des prestations merchandising
o Accompagner les pharmaciens sur la mise en place des valeurs et services du groupement.

Profil
De formation commerciale suprieure avec une exprience en vente de 3 ans minimum idalement acquise dans lindustrie pharmaceutique
Vous tes dynamique autonome et dot dun excellent relationnel
Vous tes laise avec les chiffres et maitrisez le Pack Office
Vous tes organis ractif et avec une excellente capacit dadaptation.
Poste en CDI pourvoir sur lesecteur de Perpignan.
