Summary...
- Responsible for introducing our clients to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle.
- Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinates delivery with customer
- Observes that the vehicle is detailed full of fuel has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer
- Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customers needs
- Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities
- Explain warranties and all documents
- Complete necessary customer registration according to manufacturer guidelines
- Familiarize customer with Service department personnel and Service areas
- Present keys and relevant documents to customer.
- Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction

- Automotive or sales experience is preferred.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Superior customer service skills.
- A desire to work in a commission performance-based environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
