The Sr. Manager IT Active Directory will be a critical function responsible for the daily operations and transformation for KraftHeinzs Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This position will be responsible for critical architecture and strategy resource management workload prioritization authentication strategy and working with our partners to ensure operational excellence. This position will have a strong understanding of Active Directory and Entra to execute projects daily activities and troubleshooting efforts as well as setting clear expectations goals and requirements that must be achieved as a measure of success. This position will work closely with all internal and external business partners to understand business requirements critical processes/data flows future-state strategies and provide key input and leadership for shaping the identity and access management function. The deliverables from this position should shape and enhance the user experience with a keen eye to accommodating legacy infrastructure and working to elevate it to modern standards.
